Fees

The Registration Fee includes attendance, the conference kit, coffee breaks and poster drinks, three lunches at the administrative restaurant (a 5-minute walk from the conference), the Gala Dinner at Hotel Mercure, the official reception at City Hall, and social events scheduled for June 14th (Louvre-Lens).

There is also the possibility to buy additional tickets for accompanying persons. 

Fares

Options:

• Participation in the “Natural Space Risks” day on June 11 (see elsewhere): FREE
• Additional person for the social dinner on June 12: 52 euros
• Additional person for the visit to the Louvre-Lens, June 14: 35 euros

Please note that a small number of "grants", on a "first come, first served" basis, are available for colleagues who have difficulty covering these meal or even accommodation costs. Priority will be given to younger colleagues. Contact the committee.
