Step 1: Sciencesconf.org account

A sciencesconf.org account is required to register for the conference and submit a paper.

Step 2: KePASSA registration

Once connected to the kepassa2024 website (https://kepassa2024.sciencesconf.org/), it is possible to submit the abstract and complete the registration form.

A few questions will allow the organizing committee to welcome you to Arras in the best way. Some fields are required to be completed.

Step 3: Payment of registration fees

Depending on your status, it is necessary to pay the registration fees on the dedicated page, which is based on the "azur-colloque" system. They are mainly used to cover the cost of meals for participants, organized by the organizing committee.

Please note that a small number of "grants", on a "first come, first served" basis, are available for colleagues who have difficulty covering these meal or even accommodation costs. Contact the committee.

Usual KePASSA participants will notice that in addition to orbital dynamics, another link connects the cities of Logrono, which hosted the previous edition, and Arras: these two cities are both located on one of the roads leading to St Jacques of Compostela.
